As a key member of the Sales team, the Sales Analyst will provide strategic and operational support for the Sales Organization. This position will contribute to the growth of sales by providing key insights on customer and channel performance. Another area of responsibility will be to provide input on sales driven strategies by advising on how to capture and report on KPIs for sales initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with numerous internal departments such as Sales Engineering, Post Sales Management, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Operations, Finance, and Legal Departments. In addition, the role will include responsibilities ranging from delivering sales forecast reporting, sales and customer metric analysis, and reporting optimization.

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data driven sales metrics in order to and provide monthly actionable insights
Monitoring and analyzing channel partner metrics
Partner closely with other cross-functional teams to drive strategic and operational alignment on key initiatives.
Develop and maintain information databases and reporting tools to measure and improve team performance via Salesforce.com or other sales reporting tools
Internal champion and customer advocate to represent needs and actions across functional groups
Agile and creative problem solver
Update and maintain delegated tasks to ensure progress against deadlines
Prepare presentations and communication findings from initiatives to management and organization
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
