REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruiting; job posting, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, networking, scheduling interviews, conduct reference checks, negotiations and extending job offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and gain full understanding of the required skills and background, the impact of the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company
  • Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to evaluate and hire top talent
  • Source candidates from a variety of sources: online databases, events, networking, colleges/universities employee referrals and develop effective closing strategies
  • Present new recruiting ideas and concepts to internal team to expand our market presence and employer branding to attract top talent
  • Other duties as assigned




    • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree OR 3+ years of technology recruiting as equivalent experience

    What We Require:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g. Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Developers/Engineers)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, networking and interview process management
    • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases such as LinkedIn
    • Experience with applicant tracking system(s) like Hire Mojo and Indeed Prime
    • Occasional travel
