Autorización

To use Insights APIs, you will first need to obtain a token. Once you have received your token, it’s used as Bearer Authorization in your requests. 

Granting a User API Access in the Customer Portal
  1. Log into the Customer Portal. Then click User Management. 
  2. Select the Create New User/Contact.
  3. Fill out the Full Name, Email, and Username fields.
  4. Use the Access dropdown to select either SMS or API access. Either role can access Insights APIs, but privileges may differ for other services.

5.  After creating a new user and receiving the password via e-mail, you are ready to retrieve your token.

Retrieving Your Token for the Customer Portal

Once you have granted Access to your user, you are able to by call the authentication request with your username and password in the body shown below.

If you are unable to retrieve your token, check your user has been granted API access in the Customer Portal, or your username and password for accuracy in the body of the request.

Retrieving your Token in the Atmosphere Portal

To retrieve a token for a user in the Atmosphere Portal, request the following to https:// atmosphere.intelepeer.com.
