Atmosphere® Insights gives you the power to understand your Messaging, Voice, and SmartFlows data to help you improve business workflows, customer interactions, and omni-channel communication. In harmony with the Atmosphere® Data API, aggregate or specific details are at your fingertips.
Log in to your IntelePeer account through the IntelePeer Customer Portal (https://customer.intelepeer.com). Our recommended browsers are the current or most previous versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Your applications will appear at the top of the page. You can also click My Applications in the sidebar to access the Marketplace.
You will see the Insights icon in the Marketplace. Click the icon to open Insights.
By clicking the Insights icon once inside the Customer Portal, a dropdown will appear with the Dashboards or Reports available to you. Select the dashboard or report you wish to view and start exploring your data! If you have custom dashboards or reports those will show up in the ‘Custom Dashboards’ section.
To see underlying raw data, click on the widgets. You can to click KPI numbers, a bar of a chart, or sections of a pie graph. You are also able to download this data to various different data formats. To learn more, check out the Downloading Dashboard Data page.
Filters will apply for the dashboard based on what you choose. For voice and messaging, you can filter based on number and based on date. You can select a date range up to 60 days at a time. Once you’ve entered your filters click ‘Run’ and the dashboard will reload with your desired filters.
By clicking the time zone near the top-right of the dashboard, a dropdown will appear with a list of time zones. Once you’ve selected your desired time zone, click ‘Run’. The dashboard will reload with your selected time.
