Atmosphere® Insights Quick Start Guide

Atmosphere® Insights lives inside of IntelePeer’s Voice Services Portal.

  1. Log into the Voice ServicesPortal,
  2. Access Insights directly from the Home Package or My Applications on the left side on the screen.
  3. Click the Insights Icon near the top of the page.

With your Atmosphere® CPaaS subscription, you are able to view three Dashboards – Voice, Messaging, and SmartFlows. Click the Dashboard you wish to view and start exploring your data!

Exploring Dashboards

To see underlying raw data, click on the widgets. You can to click KPI numbers, a bar of a chart, or sections of a pie graph. You are also able to download this data to various different data formats. To learn more, check out the Downloading Dashboard Data page.

Filters will apply for the explore based on what you choose. For example, you click the green section “US Termination” of the Minutes by Call Type pie chart, the explore data viewed is filtered for only ‘US Termination.
