IntelePeer Customer Portal Updates – March 7, 2020

We’ve added some new features to the IntelePeer Customer Portal in this recent release to help improve your number porting experience and support the requirements of Ray Baum’s Act.

Select Your Number Porting Time

Now when scheduling your number port, you can also set the desired time when choosing your preferred date. Available times are between 7AM and 4PM Mountain Time.

Note: If you are porting more than 200 numbers, your port time will be automatically reset to 9Amon the scheduled date, as ports of this size must be done in the morning to ensure a smooth process.

Upload More Porting Documents

If your port requires more information, you can upload more than one document at a time, and label it so our number team can review:

Add More Location Information

All new number orders, ports, and changes now support the provisioning of additional location information as required by Ray Baum’s Act (911 Dispatchable Location).

When you add or update 911 information in the portal, you will now see a larger input section for ‘Suite/Apt/Etc.’ which will allow you to input more location information.

This field can support up to 45 characters and will suggest abbreviations to the full address to maximize as much information as possible.
