How to Filter and Refresh Your Data

Filtering your Data

You are able to filter your data for a specific phone number or date range within the Voice and SMS Dashboards. To do so:

  1. A dropdown will appear where you can adjust the filters for the Dashboard.
  2. Once the information is entered, click the Apply Filters button near the top-right of the screen.
  3. To hide the Filters dropdown, click the Hide Filters button near the top-right of the screen.
  4. To remove filters you have set, click the Reset Button on the top-right of the screen. 

Refreshing your Data

If you look near the Settings Icon you will be able to see when the data was last refreshed, in this example the data is from 14 minutes ago. To refresh the data of the Dashboard you are viewing and reset the filters, click the Refresh Icon near the top-right of the screen.
