In this role, you’ll be responsible for marketing products or a particular aspect or capability of a larger product. You’ll collaborate with product management, development, and sales to create and execute marketing plans and outbound communication, including messaging, product launches, and campaign strategies. To execute your plans, you will partner with other marketing professionals focused on web design, graphic design, PR, advertising, and events.

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct product and industry research to gain insights and provide direction on go-to-market strategy comprised of competitive landscape, product positioning, pricing, sales channel routes, value proposition and messaging.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as datasheets, case studies, web and social content, videos, blogs, and white papers.
  • Design and execute cross-channel communications campaigns for thought leadership and brand awareness.
  • Design and execute advertising campaigns and communication programs for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Provide internal messaging, training and enablement materials to help sales and partners succeed.
  • Provide regular reporting on program results, usage and feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Software or Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred

    Expertise & Experience:

    • Academic or professional experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or public relations
    • Experience working with design and multi-media agencies
    • Demonstrated project management skills and program management experience
    • Adobe Design Suite experience a plus
    • Experience working with SalesForce and email automation systems preferred
