Jr. Database Administrator

We are seeking a Jr. DBA, Data Engineer to work with our information technology teams. This is a full-time paid position and an opportunity to work, learn, and improve your skills with a talented team of professionals. Most of our databases are of the MySQL variety, but as you’ll see below we do run a variety of relational and NOSQL databases.

Reports To: Sr. DBA, Data Engineer, Director of development, Manager of operations.

Position Responsibilities

Database Administration of 60+ database instances; MySQL, Percona Server, MariaDB, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB
Data Engineering
Extract / Transform / Load processes
Database and Application Development
Analytics
Business Intelligence
Data Warehousing

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
