As part of our marketing team, the Account Based Marketing Manager will lead the planning, creation, and analysis of content that drives brand awareness and product adoption, while reinforcing our brand in a clear and engaging way. Most of your focus will be on creating campaigns and related content such as blog posts, infographics, and emails to support our Account Management Team’s up-sell and cross-sell efforts.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in content marketing, specifically in the the B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) space. You should be comfortable researching, writing, editing, analyzing results, and recommending ways to drive content engagement.  You strive to produce the highest-quality work, have an impeccable attention to detail, and enjoy creatively translating technical concepts into real life use cases.

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with the rest of the Marketing team to develop content strategy focused on driving product awareness and adoption into our customer base, and education of our products to the market in general
  • Create content for emails, landing pages, blogs, long-form content, and more.
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted campaigns that deliver a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts
  • Take a data-driven approach to the customization of marketing programs for buyers, creating vertical-based or other personalized assets as needed
  • Develop a strong collaboration with Account Managers for campaigns, from account selection and segmentation to executing and measuring campaigns.
  • Use data and research to evaluate our content’s impact and promote ideas for continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative writing, journalism, or related field of study

Expertise & Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ experience working at a SaaS company, developing content for a B2B technology company or content marketing agency.
    • Experience with managing and creating ABM campaigns through marketing automation systems required
    • Strong track record of building engaging content in multiple formats
    • Professional proof-reading, grammatical, and editing experiencs


  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • A knack for messaging consistency and style.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics.
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and work under strict and changing deadlines
  • Prioritizes and drives short term, long term and immediate needs
  • Proficient with MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Works well independently with minimal supervision
