The Senior IT Manager provides end-user technical support and desk-side assistance for IntelePeer’s office software environment including Microsoft Windows10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams, Apple Macs, Dell PCs and laptops, networked printers, pads and mobile devices, Anti-virus security, and the CrashPlan Cloud Backup System. The Senior IT Manager is responsible for receiving inquiries and issues from users, and using expertise to determine the root cause of problems. The Senior IT Manager installs, configures, troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves issues with PC’s, laptops, network connectivity, printers and peripherals.
The Senior IT Manager must have a proven track record for successfully delivering a superior-level of customer service. To be successful, the Senior IT Manager must be able to meet established service level agreements while exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and resourceful self-starter who is able to prioritize and successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision.
