IntelePeer Extends Capabilities of Cisco Collaboration Solutions with Multi-Channel Business Communications, Hybrid Deployments, and Analytics
Cisco partners and customers can now implement multi-channel communications, leverage hybrid deployments, and access customer interaction analytics.
San Mateo, CA – June 7, 2018 – IntelePeer, a leading provider of cloud-based multi-channel business communications, announced today multiple product offerings that help extend the capabilities of Cisco Collaboration Solutions. These offerings include Atmosphere® Messaging for Cisco Webex Teams, support for Cisco Expressway and Webex Teams Hybrid Services, and customer interaction analytics and reporting tools.
Earlier this year, IntelePeer announced the availability of Atmosphere® Messaging, which enables companies to use their business numbers and contact center numbers for both calling and text messaging. Companies using IntelePeer’s Atmosphere® Voice Services for Cisco Webex Calling will be able to add on Atmosphere® Messaging to send and receive SMS messages through the Webex Teams desktop and mobile applications. This provides another channel for internal and external communications, increasing employee productivity and customer engagement.
For companies that wish to move to cloud communications but need to protect current equipment investments, IntelePeer supports hybrid deployments of its Atmosphere® Voice Services via Cisco Expressway Series. Through Cisco’s Webex Hybrid Services, companies can connect their on-premise Cisco equipment with Webex Teams and IntelePeer’s Atmosphere® Communication Platform. This allows companies to move to the cloud at their own pace and gain access to additional multi-channel capabilities, while still receiving benefits such as 40% cost-savings, resiliency, and scalability.
