Frank Fawzi

Chief Executive Officer

Frank is the President and Chief Executive Officer at IntelePeer. He has been a guiding force in driving the company’s growth and mission to become a leading innovator of business communications services and applications. IntelePeer has received numerous awards for its products, customer service, and industry leadership since Frank joined the company as CEO in 2007. Frank founded and grew CommTech Corporation between 1990 and 2001 to be an early leader in the communications software sector before selling the company to ADC, a leading provider of broadband solutions for the telecommunications industry, for $178 million. Prior to founding CommTech, he worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories as the lead data communications architect for a $1.4B winning bid to the IRS. Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and participated in the Wharton Executive Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also selected as a QuantumShift’s Top Entrepreneurs in America for 2017 by KPMG’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.


Andre Simone

Chief Financial Officer

Andre has served as a Chief Financial Officer for over 21 years for a variety of Silicon Valley technology companies and has been IntelePeer’s Chief Financial Officer since February 2007. Before joining the company, Andre served as CFO of Dimatix, Inc. that was acquired by Fujifilm. Prior to Dimatix, he served as CFO of SAP Markets, Inc., that was acquired by SAP. Prior to SAP, he served as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Andre holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics with Distinction from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Edic

Chief Experience Officer

Matt serves as the Chief Experience Officer. In this role, he and his team ensure the highest level of support in customer interactions. Previously, Matt served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Business Development for IntelePeer. Matt brings to IntelePeer more than 20 years of leadership experience and a strong passion for serving customers, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Prior to IntelePeer, Matt worked for NexTone, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Qwest Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

John Ward

SVP, R&D, and Engineering

John serves as Senior Vice President, R&D, and Engineering and leads his team in delivering advanced and innovative solutions for IntelePeer’s infrastructure and its partners and customers. He has authored many of IntelePeer’s patents. John brings 25 years of telecommunications and systems experience holding architecture and engineering positions at Level 3, Hewlett Packard, and MCI. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University.

Kristin Manwarren

SVP, Legal Affairs

Kristin Manwarren is the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs. In this role, Kristin guides the legal initiatives that support the company objectives, through the management of corporate transactions, intellectual property portfolio, product development, government affairs and data security compliance.  Kristin brings 20 years of experience in aligning innovative legal solutions with the goals of emerging technology companies. Prior to joining IntelePeer as Corporate Counsel, Kristin worked with many as in-house regulatory and transactional counsel with Qwest Communications Corporation and as outside counsel at Gray Cary and Blumenfeld & Cohen in Washington, DC.  Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Butler University and received her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University.

Robert Galop

SVP, Product, and Marketing

As the Senior Vice President of Product & Marketing, Robert is responsible for all activities and initiatives related to product management, product marketing, channel and corporate marketing. Prior to joining IntelePeer, Robert led product development and product management at multiple companies including Fiserv, Amazon, and Electrolux. He received his MBA from Augusta State University and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina.

Jeremy Jones

SVP, Channel Sales

Jeremy is Senior Vice President of Channel Sales at IntelePeer and responsible for channel partners, solution providers, sales engineering, and referral programs with the company. He oversees the expansion of account revenues through value-added sales, solution-based selling techniques and the achievement of maximum productivity. Previously, Jeremy was the National Director of Partner Sales for Level 3 Communications. During his tenure at Global Crossing, Jeremy managed channel partner relationships for national and global services in leadership roles presiding over teams responsible for account management, customer support, and sales engineering.

Craig Butrym

SVP, Strategic Alliances

Craig, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances, leads IntelePeer’s strategic alliance engagements and business development efforts with select service providers, enterprises, and enhanced contact centers. Craig has been instrumental executing the strategic transition from a wholesale services company to serving multi-national customers. Previously, Craig held executive leadership roles with Tata Communications, Global Crossing, and Level (3) Communications, where he led domestic and international sales channels and business units. Craig graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.

Frank Lauria

SVP, Business Development

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Frank leads IntelePeer’s strategic business partnerships, and plays an important role in validating the company’s go-to-market strategy. Previously, Frank was the EVP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with CSF Corporation achieving industry leadership as the market dominant SaaS for toll-free provisioning, messaging, and Least Cost Routing. His prior experience involves building the CommTech Corporation sales and marketing team, acquiring strategic acquisitions for Synchronoss, and successfully managing sales, operations, and P&L for business units at Nortel, ADC Telecom and Comverse Technologies. He earned a BA degree in electrical engineering from Stevens institute of Technology, and participated in the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Executive Management Program.
