Margaret Norton

Margaret Norton brings more than 20 years of software and telecommunications industry experience to IntelePeer, where she focuses on driving revenue growth and profitability from the IntelePeer's enterprise services. Margaret leads product management, offer management, sales and marketing, and works closely with development, service provider sales and contact center sales in an integrated enterprise channel development organization.

Before joining IntelePeer, Margaret served as the president and CEO of Mobilitec, a global software and services company offering an integrated platform to provide content service delivery for mobile operators worldwide.  At Mobilitec, she guided the company’s expansion and growth through the company’s purchase by Lucent (Alcatel-Lucent). Margaret has also served as the general manager and senior vice president of Octel Communications. Under her leadership, the service provider division increased revenues from $100 million to $350 million in two years.  Additionally, Margaret has held positions as a chief marketing officer and executive roles in product management, business development and sales.

Margaret graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona.
