Frank is the Chief Executive Officer at IntelePeer. He has been a guiding force in driving the company’s efforts to become a leading innovator of communications services and applications. IntelePeer has received numerous awards for its products, customer service and leadership over the past several years. Frank founded and grew CommTech Corporation between 1990 and 2001 to be an early leader in the communications software sector. Prior to founding CommTech, he worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories as the lead data communications architect. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1984 and a Master of Science in Management in 1987 both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Andre has served as IntelePeer’s Chief Financial Officer since February 2007. Before joining the company, Andre served as CFO of Dimatix, Inc., a provider of piezoelectric inkjet print heads, from February 2005 to October 2006. Prior to Dimatix, he served as CFO of SAP Markets, Inc., a provider of technology platforms and business solutions, from November 2002 to December 2004. Andre holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt serves as the Chief Experience Officer. In this role, he and his team ensure the highest level of support in customer interactions. Previously, Matt served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Business Development for IntelePeer. Matt brings to IntelePeer more than 20 years of leadership experience and a strong passion for serving customers, continuous improvement and teamwork. Prior to IntelePeer, Matt worked for NexTone, JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Qwest Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
Nicolas has been the Chief Executive Officer at Advantone since 2001. He has created, planned, and implemented Advantone’s vision and overall direction. Previously, Nicolas served as President and CEO of Axiohn TSI, where he oversaw the complete restructuring of the company following an international merger. He holds an MBA from the Institut Supérieur des Affaires, HEC Group, France, and he holds a Masters in Naval Architecture from ENSTA, Paris, France, and an engineering degree from the French Naval Academy.
Felipe is the Chief Operating Officer at Advantone. In this role, he maintains client partnerships, enhances operational efficiencies, increases revenues, develops solutions, deploys and upgrades technologies and directs major IT initiatives to support mission-critical business processes. He has also helped set the strategy and vision for the product and technologies implemented for the Contact Center offering. Previously, Felipe was the COO for a multi-national hosting services organization.
Marie has served as CFO at Advantone since 2006. She is responsible for financial operations and Human Resources. Previously, Marie was with Thomson Financial for 13 years. She was Finance Director of the Broker Fund Management Group in London before returning to New York as Senior Vice President Finance of Global Sales. Marie is also a CPA.
John is the CIO at Advantone, managing the technology infrastructure, security and compliance. Before joining the company, he was growing his own consulting firm which started operations in 1999 by providing IT support to small and medium businesses in the Boston area. John is a pioneer in the technology industry. He has worked for companies such as IOD where he led the Information Systems Department by implementing processes, procedures aligned with regulatory industry standards for audit compliance. Other companies he has worked for include ChartOne, McKesson for which he designed and implemented redundant data centers among other projects. John is a hands-on technology visionary and avid reader.
John, Senior Vice President of Development, leads the R&D function for Intelepeer. He and his team have brought advanced and innovative solutions for IntelePeer and its customers, as well as the infrastructure required to keep the business running. John brings 25 years of telecommunications and systems experience holding architecture and engineering positions at Level 3, Hewlett Packard, and MCI, where he focused on highly available, high throughput call processing applications, as well as operational analytics. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
Kristin is the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs for IntelePeer. In this role, she guides the legal initiatives of the company with regard to corporate transactions, intellectual property portfolio, product development, government affairs and information security and privacy compliance. Prior to joining IntelePeer in 2010, Kristin worked as in-house counsel with Qwest Communications Corporation and as outside counsel at Gray Cary and Blumenfeld & Cohen in Washington, DC. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Butler University, and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
Craig, Senior Vice President of Sales, leads all IntelePeer direct enterprise sales efforts to Enhanced Contact Centers, Mid-Market, and Fortune2000 customers. Craig has been instrumental in executing the strategic transition from a Wholesale Services company to serving Enterprise customers nationwide, resulting in higher predictable revenue and profit to the company. Previously, Craig held executive leadership roles with Tata Communications, Global Crossing and Level (3) Communications, where he led domestic and international sales channels and business units. Craig graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Marketing.
Charles is the Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology for IntelePeer. He is responsible for overseeing projects that include voice switch, IP and customer premise equipment engineering as well as OSS/BSS system infrastructure, QA and QC, systems security and corporate information security. Charles leads with 36 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to IntelePeer, previously working at AT&T, Qwest, NetSpeak and Fusion Telecommunications International. In addition to his telecommunications background, Charles brings more than 19 years of VoIP experience.
Jeremy is Vice President of Partner Sales at IntelePeer and responsible for channel partners, solution providers and referral programs with the company. He oversees the expansion of account revenues through value-added sales, solutions-based selling techniques and the achievement of maximum productivity. Previously, Jeremy was the National Director of Partner Sales for Level 3 Communications. During his tenure at Global Crossing, Jeremy managed channel partner relationships for national and global services in leadership roles presiding over teams responsible for account management, customer support and sales engineering.
Robert is the Vice President of Product Management at IntelePeer. He is responsible for working directly with customers, partners and other key players in the communications space to bring new products to market. These products enable customers to leverage the power of the cloud in their communications. Robert brings more than 20 year of experience to IntelePeer delivering highly technical products for companies including Amazon.com, Fiserv, Electrolux and several smaller companies in various industries. In addition to product management experience, Robert has expertise in building SaaS and PaaS platforms.
Alison, Vice President of Marketing and Partner Programs, leads IntelePeer’s overall marketing strategy and integrated marketing initiatives including corporate, digital, field and partner marketing. With more than 18 years of marketing and indirect experience, Alison has been an integral part of award-winning partner programs at GE Access, Level 3 and Global Crossing. IntelePeer’s overall sales strategies are the perfect match to Alison’s expertise in branding campaigns, the development and launch of tools and programs, and equipping partners for success.
